Customize who receives what notification and how they receive it. Phone? Email? Multiple of both? No problem. Set up your manager to receive scheduling, kitchen activity, and document expiration notifications. You can add yourself as the owner to receive payment event notifications. Even add your maintenance contractor to be notified of maintenance tickets. Customize everything to exactly the way your business works and how you want to stay in the loop.
New Transaction: Fees
Create custom fees and refunds for guests directly with the "New Transaction" button. This button can be found on your 'Billing' page and on within the Guest profile page under the 'Transactions' tab. Cleanliness fees? Early termination fees? Over or under charging guests their monthly amount? The flexibility of Fees has you covered.
Note, the billing plans and recurring billing items are managed under Guest 'Billing'. This is where you will manage all recurring transactions you want to charge your guests, where the "New Transaction" button is just for one-time transactions. Now, you can bill guests with total customization and flexibility!
Recurring Reservations
Create and customize recurring reservations from your schedule. Whether Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or every 3 weeks on a Sunday, Virtual Fork recurring reservations has you covered!
Using three apps to manage scheduling, billing, and inventory? No more! Recurring reservations are connected directly to your kitchen inventory and guest billing.
