We've launched our Help Center! You can find it on our website or at this link. We've uploaded getting started articles, videos, FAQs and more to help you out. And if you're looking for something that isn't there yet, please let us know and we'll add it for you.
When you log into your Virtual Fork account, you will also see a black dialogue box in the bottom right corner. This is our new Help Widget that connects you to agent support and the help center. The help widget will appear on your Virtual Fork account, as well as your guest's accounts, giving them easy access to platform support whenever they need it.
